Paint the City Blue + Get Your Rear in Gear 9/14/2024

“We are bringing a nationally recognized movement to our local community…”

The Colon Cancer Coalition is committed to empowering personal change on a national level by bringing understanding, raising awareness, and eliminating fear of colorectal cancer. Get Your Rear In Gear (GYRIG) is a movement raising awareness and screening rates for colorectal cancer. 


CCCF has partnered with The Colon Cancer Coalition merging our Paint the City Blue event with their Get Your Rear In Gear to make 2024’s walk/run bigger and better.

This year's event location is War Memorial Park in Little Rock.

A free brunch and learn event held during national colorectal cancer month. Join CCCF for brunch, health education, wellness checks, fun, and giveaways. 

Health screenings include: Glucose, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Prostate, and FIT kits.

Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month series: “Let’s Talk Live”

Of all cancer deaths in people under 50, colorectal cancer deaths is now #1 in men and #2 in women. This year, we started our "Let's Talk Live" series to  discuss the disease, what CCCF does, hear from those affected by colorectal cancer, and ask the expert.
